This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the software application (the "Application") provided by Micheale Downs, CPA, CCIFP, a sole proprietor located in Dawsonville, Georgia ("Provider," "we," "us"). By connecting the Application to your Intuit QuickBooks Online account, you agree to this Agreement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely to connect your QuickBooks Online account so that we may access your accounting data to provide financial advisory and consulting services to you.
The Application accesses your QuickBooks Online data on a read-only basis. It does not create, modify, or delete records in your QuickBooks Online account.
You agree not to (a) use the Application other than as permitted here, (b) reverse engineer or interfere with the Application, or (c) use it in violation of applicable law or Intuit's terms of service.
Our handling of data accessed through the Application is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Application is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by disconnecting the Application from your QuickBooks Online account. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
